Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms of Use are a contract between you (first party) and autopsi Vehicles Inspection Services (second party), registered as an Individual Establishment in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR# 132896-1). By visiting our website at www.autopsi.me or ordering an inspection with autopsi, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The rights and obligations in your agreement with autopsi are personal to you, and are not transferable to another party.

(1) INSPECTION SERVICES

‍When purchasing our services you are hiring autopsi to evaluate the overall condition of a vehicle. Based on the chosen package we will check functionality, and perform a mechanical and visual inspection. During our inspection we do not disassemble any part of the vehicle to further diagnose any issues found. Inspections may be affected by the vehicles cleanliness and location. Although we do ask the car to be clean and in a well lit and horizontal area this may not always be the case. As such we ask our customers to take all necessary steps to ensure ideal conditions when inspecting the vehicle. autopsi will not clean or otherwise alter the vehicle to improve inspection conditions.

(2) LIMITATIONS‍

autopsi’s services are limited to vehicle inspections. We are not affiliated with any sellers nor will we verify a sellers legal ownership and right to sell the vehicle. Our inspections shall not be held as any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the seller. autopsi and its services shall not be used to substitute any safety inspections required by law in the Kingdom of Bahrain. autopsi will not advise you on whether to purchase a vehicle or not and shall not be held responsible for decisions made after the report has been obtained. autopsi will not be responsible for damages that occur due to misuse, accidents or self inflicted/intended damages after our inspections and before and after you purchase the vehicle.

(3) WARRANTY‍

autopsi guarantees the results of the inspected vehicle components governed by the chosen inspection package for a period of SEVEN (7) DAYS ONLY from the date of carrying the inspection. If anything major should go out that was not noted on the report, or could have been predicted, we will fully refund the inspection fee. With the exception of covered components (e.g cylinders inside the engine, transmission gears etc) and electrical items. While we test all the electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning at the time; there is no known test equipment to determine when an electrical component will fail (e.g headlights going out). You agree that you are the only party responsible for all repairs or any costs associated with owning and maintaining the vehicle if you choose to buy it after autopsi inspects it and delivers its report.

Our inspections shall not be held as any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the seller. autopsi and its services shall not be used to substitute any safety inspections required by law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

(4) ِAPPOINTMENTS/PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

Appointments may be scheduled either through the website, a phone call or through our social media channels. To confirm the request of carrying an inspection; autopsi will request you to pay a deposit of 10 BHD that will be deducted later from the total price depending on the chosen inspection package. autopsi will request full payment after the inspection is performed and before the report is shared with you. The prices listed in the pricing section (www.autopsi.me/en/packages-pricing) are non-negotiable from the first party. The only two payment channels currently available include BENEFIT and CASH ON DELIVERY.

‍An appointment may be postponed or cancelled due to autopsi’s inability to perform the inspection due to weather, loss of property or any other unforeseen event. In the event of appointment cancellation due to unforeseen events autopsi will fully refund you the 10 BHD. The 10 BHD deposit will not be refunded to you if you decide to cancel the inspection appointment 24 hours after submitting your request. Full refunds will only be issued within the warranty period and conditions previously stated in clause no. (3) above.

(5) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

autopsi does not manufacture vehicles nor is the seller and shall not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects or undisclosed/unreported damages. autopsi conducts visual inspections to identify previous repairs and damages to mechanical and structural components and does not guarantee the structural integrity or overall safety and road worthiness of any vehicle. You agree that autopsi’s liability is limited to refunding full price of inspections in the event of your dissatisfaction with our services or damages/injuries/accidents or any other claims that occur after inspection due to unreported/undisclosed damages or manufacturer defects.

(6) NO THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS‍

By purchasing an inspection through autopsi, you are agreeing that you purchasing the inspection for your own use and will not resell the inspection to third parties or use the inspection other than for your own evaluation of the vehicle being inspected.

(7) PRIVACY

At autopsi, we care about our customers' privacy. autopsi's collection and use of any information is described in and governed by the Privacy Policy (www.autopsi.me/en/privacy-policy) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a vehicle inspection through autopsi you will be providing certain personal information to us. autopsi will never share your information with any third party, unless we are required to do so by law.

(8) CHANGES

‍We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. You expressly waive any right to receive notice of any changes to these Terms of Use. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use regularly in your use of this Site to ensure that you are aware of current practices. Any use of this Site following the date on which we implement changes to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes

(9) SEVERABILITY‍

If any section of this agreement is found by competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect and for any reason, the validity, legality and enforceability of the unaffected remainder of such section and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

(10) MISCELLANEOUS‍

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of any court in the Kingdom of Bahrain, agree that any action related to these Terms of Use must be brought in a court in the Kingdom of Bahrain and waive any objection that may exist, now or in the future, with respect to any of the foregoing. No waiver by either party of any breach or default here under shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
